Shipping policy

The territorial scope of sales through the Online Store is any territory.

We manufacture our dresses from your order for a sustainable economy and our respect for the environment. 

The products purchased through the Store will be sent to the name and delivery address that the user indicates once the payment has been verified, with the normal delivery time in the Spanish peninsula being around 3/4 days and the European Union Countries being between 5/8 days counting from the time the order leaves our office and as long as the selected item is available in our central warehouse. In the event they are not available, and this will cause a delay in the supply of the item, you will be informed after you purchase.

For international shipments (outside Spain and the European Union) the normal delivery time is 10/15 days from the order being sent, the time held at Customs cannot be estimated and is out of our control. In the event that courier cant deliver to you in your address, and the package would be returned to us, All costs generated by international returns will be deducted from your purchase amount.

In International shipments, promotions, sales and summer vacation periods, we reserve the right to modify delivery times, which will be informed to you.

If you place an order and need urgent shipping, we ask that you contact us and notify us at PEDIDOSMANNIT@GMAIL.COM, indicating your order number so that we can ensure that it arrives to you on time.

The MANNIT delivery service is carried out with certified couriers in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognized prestige. Orders will not be served at PO Boxes or at hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

Shipping costs within the Spanish Peninsula are 6 euros. Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 16 euros. Shipping costs outside of Spain in Europe are approximately 25 euros. International shipping costs (outside the European Union) are about 65 euros. MANNIT reserves the right to promote or modify the amount of these expenses when it deems appropriate.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no departure or delivery of orders, and they will not be considered working days for shipping purposes.
