1. Customer service. Complaints and Claims.
According to Art. 10.1 Law 34/2002 and 97.1 RDL 1/2007. For any incident, claim or exercise of their rights, the User may send an email to the address PEDIDOSMANNIT@GMAIL.COM where they will receive a response in the shortest possible time and no longer than 48 hours.
In any case, the client will have complaint forms at the physical address of their establishments: C/ Castelló 5, 28001 Madrid and C/ Colón 70, 46004 Valencia.
If your purchase is online in Spanish territory, you can consult your rights at your local consumer office and file a claim or consumer arbitration through the electronic administration of the autonomous community to which you belong.
2. Intellectual and industrial property.
The user acknowledges that all elements of the Store and each of the products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents, and the computer programs used in relation With them, they are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of MANNIT itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute any other right other than those specifically contemplated therein with respect to said industrial and intellectual property rights.
Unless authorized by MANNIT or, where applicable, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless this is legally permitted, the user may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, put available, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The user must use the materials, elements and information accessed through the use of the Store solely for their own needs, agreeing not to carry out, directly or indirectly, commercial exploitation of the materials, elements and information obtained through the same.
The user must refrain from evading or manipulating any technical devices established by MANNIT or by third parties in the Store.
3. Data protection.
In compliance with Law 15/99 LOPD, we inform you that your personal data and other information provided through the registration form, as well as that from the transactions carried out, will be included and kept in a file for processing, property of MANNIT, as long as its cancellation is not requested. The treatment will be used for the development and execution of the sale, the personalized attention of the products and services you acquire and the improvement of said attention, as well as the promotion of own products and services and those of third-party companies linked to MANNIT.
The user expressly authorizes MANNIT to send, even through electronic means, by MANNIT and the aforementioned entities, commercial communications and promotional offers and contests. □ yes, I accept.
The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation at any time by contacting MANNIT or by email addressed to CONTACTO@MANNIT.ES, attaching a copy of their N.I.F. or substitute identification document. Answers marked with * on the registration form are mandatory. Your non-response will prevent you from being able to purchase the selected products.
MANNIT undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated by the buyer on the website due to its confidential nature. Nor will they be used by its internal services except for the processing of the order and to reinforce and personalize communication, specifically through information letters/emails, as well as within the framework of the personalization of the website based on the preferences verified by the users.
MANNIT does not sell, market, or rent information related to its buyers to third parties.
In the event of transfer or use of personal data by third parties, Mannit undertakes to inform in advance of such use in order to allow you to exercise your right to object.
Likewise, Mannit may provide third parties it completely trusts with consolidated statistics related to buyers, their sales, their exchange structures and information on the website, however, these statistics will not contain any personal data.
4. Cookies.
MANNIT uses cookies in order to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the User's identity, facilitate access to personal preferences and track their use of the Store. Cookies are files installed on the computer's hard drive or in the browser's memory in the folder preconfigured by the operating system of the User's computer to identify them.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
