Legal Conditions of Contract, Exchanges and Returns.

1. Privacy Policy.

In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the company's identification data is set out below.

These General Conditions will expressly regulate the relationships that arise between Mannit Moda. SL, Calle Alcalá 108, 4ºIzq. 28009 Madrid, and with CIF ESB-87489035 (hereinafter, “MANNIT”) and third parties (hereinafter, “Users”) who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the official website of MANNIT (http:// WWW.MANNIT.ES, hereinafter the “Store”).

2. Obligations of the User.

The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, to acquire the Products and to use each of the Store's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these Conditions. 3. Products and Prices.

In particular, MANNIT may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, MANNIT reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.

The Products included in the Store will correspond in the most reliable way possible that web display technology allows to the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. The price of the item must be increased by the shipping costs, which are specified on the MANNIT website.

Offers on products for sale at MANNIT will be shown in the SALES or similar section, or will be indicated on the product sheet and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

3.1. Procedure and method of payment for products.

Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, MANNIT will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. Said email will assign a purchase reference code, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and payment details for the Products to MANNIT. The User who purchases a product through the Store must make payment using the accepted payment systems, they are the following: Payment with Bank Card. If you contact us by phone or by email at PEDIDOSMANNIT@GMAIL.COM we will accept bank transfer.
MANNIT will archive the electronic documents in which the contract (order) is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be carried out in the Spanish language. The order confirmation sent by MANNIT is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. MANNIT will send the invoice corresponding to the order by email when requested. In addition, the User has all the information about their order by accessing their username and password to their customer file on our website from where they placed their order.

3.2. Garment care.

All our garments have a label specifying the washing conditions for proper maintenance. That is why before putting it in the washing machine, it is important that you look at it and make sure of the appropriate temperature, the type of washing (hand or machine) or the type of ironing. In any case, for clothing and party items we ALWAYS recommend dry cleaning.

As for jewelry, we guarantee the quality of all our pieces. But it is still a delicate product, so we always recommend treating it with care and avoiding contact with creams, perfumes or liquids. This way it will last much longer and you will avoid accelerated deterioration.

4. Shipping.

The territorial scope of sales through the Online Store is any territory.

The products purchased through the Store will be sent to the name and delivery address that the user indicates once the payment has been verified, the normal delivery time in Spain and the EU being between 7/10 “working days” and maximum delivery time. for peninsula 15 working days from receipt of payment by card , provided that the selected item is available in our central warehouse. In the event that they are not available, and this will cause a delay in the supply of the item, you will be informed at the time of purchase.
For international shipments, the normal delivery time is 20 business days from the order's shipment, the time held at Customs cannot be estimated.
There are Preorder models available in 20 days, which are duly indicated in the product description when placing the order. In International shipments, sales promotions and summer vacation periods, we reserve the right to modify delivery times, these being a maximum of 25 working days. If you place an order and need urgent shipping, we ask that you contact us and notify us at PEDIDOSMANNIT@GMAIL.COM, indicating your order number so that we can ensure that it arrives to you on time.

The MANNIT delivery service is carried out with certified couriers in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognized prestige. Orders will not be served at PO Boxes or at hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

Shipping costs within the Peninsula are 6 euros. Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 16 euros. Shipping costs outside of Spain are approximately 25 euros. MANNIT reserves the right to promote or modify the amount of these expenses when it deems appropriate.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no departure or delivery of orders, and they will not be considered working days for shipping purposes.

5. Exchange and return policy.

     For sale through OUR WEBSITE within Spain and European Union Countries, since the customer has not been able to physically see the product, in Casual items and in Party items if we accept exchange for another item or money back if we do. NOTIFY AND SEND IT BACK TO US WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIVING IT. In accessories and jewelry, exchanges or returns are not accepted due to hygiene conditions. For any change or return, the Web User must notify us within the first 3 days in which you receive the product, and must return the product within THREE DAYS following receipt, as long as you have notified us first by email. and we have accepted it. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the same day you receive your order. Exchanges or returns are not accepted on international orders (countries outside the European Union), we repeat we do not accept returns on international shipments (USA, UK, Switzerland, Mexico, South America... among others) that is, countries not belonging to the European Union.

To notify us of the change or return, you must send us an email to PEDIDOSMANNIT@GMAIL.COM where you will indicate your details, the details of the order, and the reason why you want to make the change or return. An exchange will be made for another item or a refund of the amount deducted from the shipping cost (at all times shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer). You must send us the product "by certified mail" within 3 days after you have received it, which we must receive at the address that we indicate by EMAIL within a period of no more than fourteen (14) calendar days, counted from on the same day you receive the product. The Product must be sent with the same original characteristics (without having been used or odors) and the User will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product. All shipping and receipt costs for the product are the responsibility of the User. We will not accept returns with postage due, and if we do, the shipping amount will be deducted from the return. You will receive a response via email within a period of no more than 24 hours, do not send the package until you receive our confirmation by email with the return address. If you request a return, the amount will be refunded to the same card with which you made the online purchase. You will receive an email confirming the refund of the return from us. Returns or exchanges will be denied when the product has been expressly manufactured, such as headdresses, hats, accessories or dresses made to measure or with a custom color for the client, since, due to its nature, its return is not obligatory.

6. Customer service. Complaints and Claims.

According to Art. 10.1 Law 34/2002 and 97.1 RDL 1/2007. For any incident, claim or exercise of their rights, the User may send an email to the address PEDIDOSMANNIT@GMAIL.COM where they will receive a response in the shortest possible time and no longer than 48 hours.

In any case, the client will have complaint forms at the physical address of their establishments: C/ Castelló 5, 28001 Madrid, C/ Teodoro Camino 6, 02001 Albacete and C/ Colón 70, 46004 Valencia.

If your purchase is online in Spanish territory, you can consult your rights at your local consumer office and file a claim or consumer arbitration through the electronic administration of the autonomous community to which you belong.

7. Intellectual and industrial property.

The user acknowledges that all elements of the Store and each of the products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents, and the computer programs used in relation With them, they are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of MANNIT itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute any other right other than those specifically contemplated therein with respect to said industrial and intellectual property rights.

Unless authorized by MANNIT or, where applicable, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless this is legally permitted, the user may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, put available, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The user must use the materials, elements and information accessed through the use of the Store solely for their own needs, agreeing not to carry out, directly or indirectly, commercial exploitation of the materials, elements and information obtained through the same.

The user must refrain from evading or manipulating any technical devices established by MANNIT or by third parties in the Store.

8. Data protection.

In compliance with Law 15/99 LOPD, we inform you that your personal data and other information provided through the registration form, as well as that from the transactions carried out, will be included and kept in a file for processing, property of MANNIT, as long as its cancellation is not requested. The treatment will be used for the development and execution of the sale, the personalized attention of the products and services you acquire and the improvement of said attention, as well as the promotion of own products and services and those of third-party companies linked to MANNIT.

The user expressly authorizes MANNIT to send, even through electronic means, by MANNIT and the aforementioned entities, commercial communications and promotional offers and contests. □ yes, I accept.

The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation at any time by contacting MANNIT or by email addressed to CONTACTO@MANNIT.ES, attaching a copy of their NIF or substitute identification document. Answers marked with * on the registration form are mandatory. Your non-response will prevent you from being able to purchase the selected products.

MANNIT undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated by the buyer on the website due to its confidential nature. Nor will they be used by its internal services except for the processing of the order and to reinforce and personalize communication, specifically through information letters/emails, as well as within the framework of the personalization of the website based on the preferences verified by the users.

MANNIT It does not sell, market, or rent information related to its buyers to third parties.

In the event of transfer or use of personal data by third parties, Mannit undertakes to inform in advance of such use in order to allow you to exercise your right to object.

9. Cookies.

MANNIT uses cookies in order to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the User's identity, facilitate access to personal preferences and track their use of the Store. 10. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
